Steve Aoki, The Chainsmokers, Yungblud, Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly…pop/punk band Blink-182 has had incredible collabs over the years, and the list keeps on growing.
According to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, the band’s newest track will feature the late “Lucid Dreams” rapper Juice WRLD.
In an interview with MTV on July 17th, Barker stated “There’s a Blink-Juice collaboration that hasn’t come out yet, but it’s about to. I think it’ll come out on a Blink project as well as a Andrew Watt‘s solo project.”
He then continued, “It didn’t make the last album. I’m just thankful that more Juice music is gonna be released.”
The drummer/producer had previously created a beat for Juice WRLD, but once the rest of the band members heard the tune, they snagged it for themselves and put their Blink-182 twist on it.
Barker dropped the news to MTV that the band is soon releasing a single called “Quarantine” and will hopefully have a new EP out by the end of summer.
After his tragic, untimely passing at the age of 21, Juice WRLD continues to surprise his fans with new music. His tragically ironically titled album “Legends Never Die” was released on July 10th and features some of today’s hottest artists including pop singer/songwriter Halsey and EDM producer Marshmello.
